Purchase of goods and services on the website www.axionet.ro is subject to the legislation on Electronic Commerce (365/2002, 363/2007, GEO 34/2014), which implies the conclusion of distance contracts by electronic means for any transaction carried out on this website, contracts that use the following terms, having the meanings specified below :

Command: the method by which the Buyer communicates to the Seller the intention to purchase goods from the website www.axionet.ro
Order placement confirmation: email sent automatically to the address provided by the Buyer, shortly after placing the order on the Seller's website and containing all the details of the order placed by the customer, as completed by them. The e-mail sent by the Seller is a confirmation of the registration of placing the order on the website www.axionet.ro, and not a confirmation of the order itself.
Order confirmation: telephone or written interaction between the Buyer and a representative (operator/sales consultant) of the Seller, through which the latter confirms to the customer information about the stock of the ordered products and the delivery/pick-up time from the store.
Order processing: email sent automatically to the address provided by the Buyer, confirmation accompanied by the Fiscal Invoice of the order placed by the customer and which certifies the existence of stock for the products ordered by the customer and the start of their delivery procedures by the courier company approved as a partner of the Seller/ picking up the products ordered from the store chosen by the Buyer.
Fiscal bill: fiscal document sent electronically, automatically, by the Seller to the email address provided by the Buyer. According to the Fiscal Code art. 319 paragraph 29, signing and stamping invoices are not mandatory elements, implicitly the invoice received by email represents the original.
Delivery time: approximate estimate offered by the Seller to the Buyer in a standard way, together with the processing and confirmation of the order, a term that does not imply contractual obligations on the part of the Seller, as it is strictly dependent on the courier company agreed by the Seller.
Online sales policy
Placing an order on the website www.axionet.ro implies the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, implicitly of the mode of communication (written - electronic and verbal - telephone) through which the Seller informs the Buyer about any details related to the order placed by the latter.
The buyer can place orders online at any time of the day, from Monday to Sunday, after which he will receive a Order placement confirmation on e-mail.
Orders placed are operated/prepared by Axionet operators daily, from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 and 17:00.
Order confirmation is done daily, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. The confirmation is made by a representative of the Seller and will contain information about the availability of the products in the order, the delivery/pick-up time from the store, the verification of the Buyer's identification data (in case they are insufficient for processing/shipping/pick-up from the store of the order) etc. (In order to confirm, the Seller's representative will contact the Buyer by phone. The final confirmation is made by sending the Tax Invoice by email.) The Seller cannot be held responsible for the incorrectness of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the order or creating the user account, Axionet operating only based on the information provided by his client.
Orders placed on the weekend (Friday, after 2:00 p.m. - Monday, 8:30 a.m.) will be processed/prepared and confirmed, then shipped, during Monday and Tuesday, the estimated delivery time being calculated from the time of their shipment.
The Seller makes every effort to maintain and display to the Buyer updated stocks and prices for the products offered for sale. In the event that the Seller finds the lack of stock or the unsaleability of one or more products from the order placed by the Buyer, a representative of the Seller will inform the Buyer of this aspect (in writing or verbally) as soon as possible, providing information regarding the date the product/products are back in stock, the possibility of replacing them, the approximate delivery term, etc. , canceling or making changes to the order placed by the Buyer in accordance with the instructions sent by the latter.
Once the order is confirmed, the Buyer will receive an order processing notification by email, together with the Tax Invoice related to the confirmed order.
The order is sent to the Buyer together with a copy of the Tax Invoice and the tax receipt related to the order, as well as any other accompanying documents (appendices, product guarantees, user manuals, declarations of conformity, etc.) or informative materials belonging to Axionet or its partners (leaflets, brochures, etc.)
Delivery of online orders
Online orders placed on the website www.axionet.ro reach the Buyer through the following delivery methods:
- Delivery by courier: online orders are sent with the help of the courier company throughout Romania, from Monday to Friday between 9.00 and 17.00, in the door-to-door system OR they can be picked up free of charge from the store chosen by the Buyer
The cost of transport is paid by the customer. The delivery fee is calculated according to the cumulative weight of the products in the order and according to the place of delivery, being explicitly displayed in step 2 of completing the order.
The usual delivery time is 2-15 working days, with the possibility of extending it in exceptional cases (legal holidays, etc.); in such situations, the customer is informed by phone or email by Axionet sales consultants about the new delivery date and they will establish a new delivery date together.
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. on any of the working days and confirmed to the customer by the Axionet representative, will be shipped by the Seller on the same day, the estimated delivery time being calculated from this date.

In the case of orders with payment via OP, the communicated delivery term is calculated from the receipt of payment confirmation by the Seller (see the article regarding payments).
At the time of delivery, the customer checks the integrity of the packaging, and if it is not in good condition (it has broken corners, scratches, defects of any kind, etc.) requests the agent of the courier company to draw up a handover-receipt report stating all irregularities found, at the same time refusing to receive the package.
Axionet cannot be held responsible for delivery irregularities (delayed delivery beyond the estimated term, packaging and products damaged during transport, etc.), they fall under the responsibility of the partner courier company, and for their solution the Buyer will contact it directly.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for the incorrectness of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the order or creating the user account, Axionet operating only on the basis of the information provided by its client.
Prices and payment of online orders
All the prices of the products on the site The delivery fees of the ordered goods are calculated according to their weight and the place of delivery, being explicitly communicated to the customer before the effective placement of the order, by displaying it during the process of completing it, such as and in the transactional emails sent to the customer following the registration of his order in the online store.
The price displayed on the website www.axionet.ro for products in the electrical and electronic equipment category, it also contains the green tax according to European Directive 2012/19/EU and GEO 5/2015.
The promotions displayed by Axionet in the online store and in the presentation catalog are valid within the limit of available stock and/or during the specified time period.
Axionet constantly makes efforts to ensure that the price information (as well as product names, characteristics and technical specifications) displayed on the website www.axionet.ro to be correct, but does not exclude human factor errors that can impact product prices. In such cases, Axionet will inform the Buyer about the situation, giving him the opportunity to reconfirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it.
Axionet reserves the right to check the security of the data provided by the Buyer in third-party databases, in order to prevent fraudulent intentions. Axionet operates all these checks according to Law 677/2001 on the protection of personal data and their free movement. Details regarding this aspect can be consulted by reading the Privacy Policy.
Online orders placed on the website www.axionet.ro can be paid:

Payment by card
When paying by card for orders placed on www.axionet.ro , the buyer will have to complete the data requested by the online payment processor, namely:
- Card number
- Card expiration date: month and year
- CVV/CVC code: the 3- or 4-digit security code found on the back of the card
- Cardholder name
Once the requested data is entered, the customer receives a code via SMS that he will enter in the card payment interface to complete the transaction.
The actual transaction takes place on the secure page of the online payment processor, the data entered by the customer being confidential, accessible in an encrypted form only to the payment processor.
Axionet is not responsible for any commissions charged by the bank for transactions made by the client.
Axionet does not charge any commission to the Buyer when paying by card for orders placed online.
Payment with OP
Customers who choose to pay by Payment Order will receive by email, together with the information regarding the registration of the order, the proforma invoice to make the payment.
Orders with payment via OP are processed only after receiving the payment confirmation.

When making the payment through OP, for easy identification, the customer will have to fill in the order number in the "Payment details" field and send the transaction confirmation to the address contact@axionet.ro.
In exceptional cases, for customers who refused to take over the previous order/orders, Axionet can restrict the payment method offered to them to payment by card or OP.
Return of online orders
The return service for products purchased online applies to all our clients, natural persons, according to the legislation in force.
The products sold by Axionet in the online store www.axionet.ro can be returned within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the customer's receipt of the last product in the order.
To exercise the right of return, the customer must inform us of his decision to withdraw from this contract, using the return form available at www.axionet.ro/formular-retur.
The return is accepted ONLY on the basis of the tax receipt sent to the customer together with the invoice and the related order!
The returned products must be delivered in the condition in which they were delivered/picked up, without scratches, chips, shocks, mechanical/electrical shocks, with all labels, manuals, warranty certificates (in original) and accessories included.
Our return policy does not refer to products that are non-compliant at the time of purchase or delivery/pick-up (they do not correspond to the description made by the seller and do not have the same qualities as those that the seller presented)
Any type of product can be returned, with the following exceptions:
- Items damaged as a result of assembly or failure to follow the instructions for use;
- Used products.
If several pieces of the same product were purchased and the entire ordered quantity is to be returned, it is allowed to unseal one piece, the rest being returned sealed.
The returned products, respecting the conditions above, will be returned by courier or will be delivered personally to the stores from which they were sent/picked up by the customer. Payment of the transport for the return of the products is the responsibility of the customer.
The refund is made as soon as possible after the transmission of the buyer's intention to cancel and the physical receipt of the products, but no later than 14 calendar days, to the Buyer's IBAN account (account specified by him in the return form).
Axionet reserves the right to refuse to process the orders of customers who have registered repeated, unjustified returns, without prior notice to the Seller.
Conflict resolution
Online resolution of disputes: to provide an effective tool for resolving consumer complaints in the case of purchasing goods and services online, as well as for the alternative dispute resolution procedure to be available and easily accessible online for both parties, Regulation no. 524/2013 regarding the online resolution of disputes provides for the establishment of an online dispute resolution platform (hereinafter referred to as the "SOL platform") to offer consumers and traders a single entry point for the extrajudicial resolution of online disputes, through resolution entities the alternative of disputes that are connected to the platform.
